What is a Community of Practice (CoP)

A CoP is a peer-to-peer learning group. It involves a group of practitioners with a common sense of purpose coming together to explore challenges and share knowledge, ideas and good practice.

How does the forum work?

Once you have completed the registration process, you will be able to log in and start contributing. You can post questions, suggest topics, share your insights and join discussions under three categories:

Service delivery

How do we ensure our services meet the needs and expectations of CALD clients?

Partnerships

How do we work collaboratively to support CALD communities access and effectively utilise the NDIS and disability services?

Effective strategies to address service access barriers will be regularly highlighted to promote the sharing of good practice across the sector.
